Sutton plays well in K-State victory
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Perhaps the pinnacle moment in Dominique Sutton's 59-game career arrived about midway through the second half against IUPUI on Saturday at the Sprint Center. Dogged for being an on-again, off-again player, the 6-foot-5, 218-pound junior resembled granite for a team that coach Frank Martin dubbed categorically soft. With less than 13 minutes to go, Sutton went up strong, hit a lay-up, drew the foul and flexed in front of the K-State bench.
