X as good as advertised
Xavier Henry wasted little time becoming one of the top freshman in college basketball, and KU's leading scorer three games into his college career. The 6-foot-6, 220-pound shooting guard from Oklahoma City, Okla., is averaging 16.7 points and 4.7 rebounds per game. He's connected on 48.8 percent of his field goals, 53.8 percent of his shots from behind the arc and 92.9 percent of his free-throws. However, is Kansas head coach Bill Self pleased with the play of Henry? Self spoke about his prized freshman, and also provided updates on Brady Morningstar, Jeff Withey, Tyshawn Taylor, C.J. Henry and several others, during his weekly press conference, which took place in Lawrence earlier today.
